1. Shipping Coverage

BSO Tactical currently ships across all regions in Indonesia.

For international shipping inquiries, customers may contact our Customer Support team for availability, rates, and estimated delivery times prior to placing an order.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed before 14:00 WIB (GMT+7) on business days are typically processed the same day.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, promotional periods, or national holidays, processing times may be extended.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

3. Shipping Methods & Couriers

We partner with reliable Indonesian logistics providers, including but not limited to:

  • JNE

  • J&T Express

  • Pos Indonesia

  • Lion Parcel

  • Lalamove (Same Day delivery – selected areas)

Shipping options available at checkout may vary depending on destination and package weight.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on destination and courier service selected:

  • Jabodetabek: 1–3 business days

  • Java Island: 2–4 business days

  • Outside Java: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Delivery destination

  • Courier service selected

Any free shipping promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions as stated in promotional campaigns.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number (resi) will be provided via:

  • Email notification

  • WhatsApp (if applicable)

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be activated by the courier system.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

BSO Tactical is not liable for delivery issues arising from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unreachable recipient

  • Refusal to accept package

Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery or address correction.
