At BSO Tactical, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Item must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

All original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals must be included.

Proof of purchase (order number / invoice) is required.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items damaged due to misuse or modification

Clearance / sale items (unless defective)

Custom or special order products
-
Hygiene-sensitive products once opened (e.g., inner wear, protective gear components)

Products marked as “Final Sale”
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Provide clear photos and a full unboxing video as evidence.

Contact our Customer Support before returning the item.
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in claim rejection.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact our Customer Support via Email or WhatsApp.

Provide your order number and reason for return.

Wait for return authorization instructions.

Ship the item to the address provided by our team.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to customer preference (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), BSO Tactical will cover the return shipping cost.
Shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
6. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Refund approval will be notified within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds may take 5–14 business days to reflect in your account.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:

Size changes (subject to stock availability)

Defective items
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as return requests.
9. Product Use Responsibility
BSO Tactical products are intended for lawful sporting, outdoor, and hobby activities.
Returns will not be accepted for:

Damage caused by improper installation or modification

Normal wear and tear

Damage resulting from unauthorized product alteration
